Birthed in the Colorado mountains, we believe having a plant based lifestyle can be fulfilling and delicious, without compromising flavor or ethics. Our background in the culinary arts and passion for plant based foods inspires our artisan creations, pairing elegance with quality. We are dedicated to using the highest quality and organic ingredients, made IN HOUSE and local when possible.

Before eliminating dairy from our vegetarian diet, croissants were one of the items we would seek out at cafes and shops, noticing the intricacies from pastry to pastry. After transitioning to a fully plant based diet, croissants were few and far, however there were a handful of food establishments who really blew us away with their non-dairy delights (S/O to Great Basin Community Food Co-op and Chaco Canyon!). Elated, our journey to plant based croissants began. Thank you for joining us in the adventure.
